Helen Howes Private Day Nurseries is a family business, providing childcare for 24 years, and is managed by Helen Howes and her daughters Danielle and Charlie. Helen is a fully qualified Nursery Practitioner with a BA Hon’s in Nursery management and has over 24 years of childcare experience. Danielle and Charlie are both fully qualified nursery practitioners and hold their level three in management and team leading.
Our highly experienced and motivated team work hard together to ensure that your child gains the best out of their time spent with us, and has helped us grow to be one of the leading nurseries in West Yorkshire.
We employ 21 nursery practitioners, 99% of whom are fully qualified, all are first aid trained and between them hold qualifications such as safeguarding children, health & safety, health & nutrition, inclusive practice and early talk. In addition our own full time Early Years Teacher is a graduate in Early Years Education and works full time in our pre-school and with our toddlers.
